Your leads are coming in. Sales still runs through you.
I help coaching and consulting founders turn lead flow into a sales process their team can run. From setting and follow-up to closing and rep coaching, I build and help run the sales work—so you can focus on your offer, marketing, and clients.
You can feel the friction. Let’s find what’s causing it.
You paid for the lead. Nobody followed through.
DMs sit unanswered. Your setter is stretched between inbound and outbound. I help define response standards, qualification, booking, and follow-up so each lead has someone responsible for it.
Lead response · Setting scripts · Pipeline ownership
Your calendar fills. Your bank account lags.
No-shows, unresolved objections, and unpaid balances are different problems. I separate them, improve the handoffs, and work on the step that is actually losing opportunities.
Call preparation · Closing · Payment follow-up
You’re the closer—and the backup plan.
Sales calls and follow-ups take time from the work only you can do. I can take calls, document what works, and help recruit and coach reps as the workload supports it.
Attendees, no-shows, and people who ask questions need different next steps. I help connect the webinar to booking, sales conversations, and follow-up with a named owner.
A better script only helps if someone uses it. I connect the conversation, the CRM task, and the person responsible—then use real calls and collected payments to decide what to improve.

01
Audit where the work breaks.
Review recent leads, won and lost calls, no-shows, follow-ups, and payment records. Separate a traffic problem from a setting, closing, or capacity problem.
You get: a baseline scorecard and a prioritized sales action plan.
02
Install the missing process.
Build the qualification questions, setter-to-closer handoff, discovery guide, objection practice, and follow-up tasks your offer actually needs.
You get: usable scripts, CRM stages, task ownership, and an offer-specific playbook.
03
Run it with your people.
Take calls where agreed, coach your current reps, and help screen and onboard new hires when volume supports them. Give the team a clear review and accountability rhythm.
You get: hands-on sales support, rep feedback, and a defined management cadence.
04
Refine from the evidence.
Review booking, attendance, conversion, and cash collection together. Check lead quality and founder involvement before deciding what to change or whether the team can handle more volume.
You get: a recurring scorecard, the next priority, and a clear owner for each change.
HOW THE PIECES WORK TOGETHER
The prospect says, “I need to think about it.”
Review whether discovery surfaced the real concern. Record it in the CRM. Assign the follow-up to a person and a date. Use a relevant, permissioned client example where useful. Review the next conversation to see whether the concern was resolved.
One concern → one useful next step → one accountable owner. An example of the process, not a promised result.
You own the offer, marketing, and delivery.
I own the sales responsibilities we agree on. We coordinate on lead quality, capacity, and the numbers before adding more people or asking marketing for more volume.
WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
The support your sales process needs next.
FOCUSED PROJECT
Fix the sales bottleneck.
You have a team or take the calls yourself, but one part of the process needs attention.
Call and pipeline review
Setter, discovery, or follow-up improvements
Scripts, SOPs, and hands-on team practice
A good fit when you want a specific problem addressed before a larger commitment.
ONGOING SALES OPERATIONS
Build and run the sales function.
You have demand and want someone to take responsibility for the sales work as you grow.
Hands-on closing where agreed
Setter and closer recruitment, onboarding, and coaching
Pipeline, webinar follow-up, and team accountability
Reporting on calls, collected cash, and founder involvement
A good fit when you want help operating the process as well as improving it.
TEAM & PROGRAM TRAINING
Teach the skills that move deals.
Your reps—or the clients in your coaching program—need practical help turning conversations into decisions.
Qualification, discovery, and objection handling
Call reviews, role-play, and follow-up training
Tailored lessons, scripts, and SOPs for agreed use
A good fit when you want sales expertise inside the team or program you already run.
We define deliverables, capacity, access, and commercial terms before starting. Ongoing scope can expand as the process and economics support it.
A PRACTICAL CHECK FOR YOUR TEAM
USE IT WITH YOUR TEAM
Where does your sales process break?
Pick the pattern you recognize. Take three practical checks back to your pipeline.
YOUR STARTING POINT / 01
Start before the calendar.
Does every new lead get a timely, useful conversation?
Sample 20 recent leads and record first response time.
Check which leads received a qualification conversation and a clear invitation to book.
Assign the uncontacted leads and define the next follow-up date.
A starting point for discussion, not an assessment of your business.
THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE PROCESS
RESULTS, EXPLAINED
I’ve done the work. Here’s the record.
These results come from my previous sales roles. They show the experience I bring to your process; they are not a prediction of your results.
BNB INVESTOR ACADEMY & BNB TURNKEY
$2.8M in customer payments collected.
My reported total across both businesses from March 2024 through September 2026 to date. This is money collected from customers—not the total value of contracts signed.
What supports this number?
The $2.8M total is reported by me. The records below document portions of that total; their amounts are included in it, not added on top.
2024 · Team leaderboard
March 20–November 4, 2024: the leaderboard lists me as “JB,” ranked first, with 123 closed deals and $1,000,500 collected.
January–December 2025: the tracker labeled “Justin B” records 159 closes, summed across the 12 monthly entries. The visible payment-collection rows total $1,083,500.
My 2023 sales activity tracker records 204 closed deals. This is a count of deals from that year, not a dollar amount or a career total.
See the record and its limits
The sales activity tracker records 204 closes. A separate monthly workbook has 199 entries; five confirmed deals have not been assigned to its monthly entries. The two records also have different cash-collection totals that are still being reconciled, so I’m not using those dollar totals here.
These are former work affiliations. The services offered here are independent. Figures and records are supplied by Justin and have not been independently audited.
WORKING TOGETHER
Know what happens after the first call.
You work directly with me, Justin Barko, founder of JB Consults. We start with your offer, recent sales numbers, a sample of calls, and your pipeline. We agree on what I will own and what stays with your team.
The first priority is the constraint we can see—not a full team by default. We establish the baseline, put the agreed changes into use, and review the work together before expanding the scope.
Useful starting information: recent leads, booked and attended calls, closes, actual payments collected, current rep costs, and the sales tasks still on your plate.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Clear expectations. From the start.
Who is this for?
Coaching, consulting, and education businesses with an offer that already sells and a source of leads. It is especially relevant when the founder is still closing, warm leads are being missed, or the team needs a repeatable sales process.
Will you take sales calls yourself?
Hands-on closing can be part of the scope. Taking calls helps me learn the offer, understand objections, and establish a practical standard before handing work to another rep. We agree on capacity and responsibilities first.
Do you recruit and manage setters and closers?
That can be included in a sales operating engagement: role requirements, candidate screening, onboarding, call reviews, and team accountability. Hiring is based on your actual lead volume and budget; an entire team is not assumed to be in place on day one.
Do you run paid ads or deliver my program?
You and your marketing team own traffic, ad spend, and the offer’s delivery. I focus on the sales process. We coordinate on lead quality, feedback, and call capacity so the next marketing decision has useful sales data behind it.
Can you train my existing setter or my coaching clients?
Yes. We can scope a focused engagement around setter conversations, discovery, objections, follow-up, or call reviews. I can also create tailored scripts, SOPs, and recorded lessons for your program, with usage and licensing agreed in advance.
What does working together cost?
We agree on scope and economics before starting. A focused training project and an ongoing sales operating role require different commitments. If a base and performance share make sense, we define which collected payments qualify, who pays rep commissions, and how refunds and payment plans are treated.
How do you measure progress?
We establish the current lead-to-payment numbers first: booking rate, show rate, close rate, follow-up outcomes, and cash collected. We also track founder time in sales. Comparisons use consistent definitions and account for changes in traffic and offer; revenue targets are not guarantees.
What happens on the first call?
In 30 minutes, we discuss your offer, where leads come from, who handles sales, and where you are still needed. Bring rough recent numbers if you have them. We’ll identify the likely constraint and discuss whether a focused project or ongoing role fits.
LET’S WORK TOGETHER
What would change if sales needed less of you?
Bring the part that still lands on your plate: unanswered leads, stalled deals, rep training, or every closing call. We’ll map where the process breaks and discuss the right level of help.
